He also works with clients and their families in asset allocation, wealth transfers, college funding, and retirement account planning and management. With the strong belief in the benefits of long-term investing at a young age, Landon works with clients of all ages to attain desirable results.
Landon has been associated with Banyan, Rock & Talent and FSC Securities Corporation since he began in the industry in 1997. Landon currently holds the Investment Company and Variable Contract registrations, and is currently registered to conduct business in Colorado, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. He also has his Life and Health Insurance license and is currently licensed to conduct business in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
Landon has been inducted to the Van Kampen Investments Chairman’s Council, recognizing outstanding dedication, continued support and exceptional level of success in the industry. The Council is structured to provide members with priority access to the most effective tools and resources in the industry. In 2007, Landon received the Banyan, Rock & Talent Bronze Level Award for outstanding accomplishments and proven leadership. Landon graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S. in business psychology and business management. Though a native of Lynchburg, Va., he currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and son and daughter. Landon is an active member of his community. He has volunteered with Meals on Wheels of Wake County, and was selected to serve on its board of directors in 2008. Where he served as Chair of the Audit Committee, and Chair and Co-Chair of Meals on Wheels signature benefit fundraiser. He has also served on the board for the business alliance at West Millbrook Middle School.
